Thank you for visiting and shopping with V-Line Beauty. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Standard processing time: 1-2 business days.
  • Expedited processing time: 1 business day (if applicable).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, holidays, etc.).

Please note, delivery estimates do not include order processing time.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

V-Line Beauty is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
